Our client is a local property developer with active involvement in projects of Hong Kong and China and is presently in search of candidates for the following role for their Hong Kong project.

Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

-         Be responsible some of the property leasing activities for the Group

-         Implentation of the Group’s leasing strategy in all retail or development projects in Hong Kong

-         Working closely in the maintaining data base on retail shop activities closely

-         Maintain good working relationship and actively marketing the leasing function

Requirement: 

-          Bachelor Degree in Business or property related disciplines

-          With minimum of 5 years or more of experience in property leasing 

-          Retail leasing experience with property developers is preferable

-          Active and strong business network with tenants and property agencies is important

-          A good team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills

-          Holder of Estate Agent License is an advantage
