Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Portfolio Manager / Portfolio Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the leasing and management of properties within the portfolio. Major duties include assisting leasing and tenancy administration, handling tenants fitting out matters and day-to-day operation, preparing rental proposals, coordinating work project and budget preparation. He/ she is also required to handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively and to maintain good relations with tenants.
Requirements:
- University graduate; professionally qualified in General Practice Surveying/ HKIS is preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property leasing and / or management
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills on MS Office
