Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong financial and accounting system to provide the management with timely and accurate financial information and cost analysis.
• Prepare consolidated accounts, financial budgets and cash flow projections.
• Handle all accounting, financial and taxation matters of HK Head Office, PRC plants and other overseas offices.
• Liaise with banks, auditors and company secretary.
• Oversee the shipping, personnel & administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified professional in Accountancy with at least 10 years’ post-qualifying experience in electronics and manufacturing industry.
• Broad experience in dealing with banks.
• Familiar with HK and PRC custom practice.
• Good analytical and report writing skills are necessary.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Frequent travel toChinais required.
