Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support.
- Coordinate events and meetings, prepare the minutes, meeting material, agenda, etc.
- Answer phone calls, type documents and arrange meeting schedules.
- Handle travel arrangements and personal agenda.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
- University graduate with formal executive secretarial training.
- At least 2 years' solid experience as secretary working in a sizeable company is a must.
- Pro-active, highly organized, able to work in a fast pace and stressful environment.
- Self-motivated, pleasant, tactful, hardworking with outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy in MS office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
