Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the delivery of training and development programs
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate training and development programs
• Collect feedback from participants and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs with external consultant

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with retail background is preferable
• Strong Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with good time management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Occasional travel to Shenzhen office is required
