Responsibilities:

- Handle full set of accounts and responsible for all HR and accounting functions

- Prepare monthly financial and management reports

- Prepare yearly audit reports

- Review and develop internal control and accounting polices

- Handle all rounded admin duties

- Work closely with management to define company structures, systems and procedures

- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management 

Requirements:

- Diploma / LCCI III or above in Accounting or related disciplines 

- Minimum 3 years solid experience in accounting and administration field 

- Familiar with Hong Kong labor law

- Good team player with positive working attitude, initiative and able to work independently

- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Proficiency in MS office and accounting software

- Immediately available would be a definite advantage
