Summary Statement:

You will be responsible to leveraging widespread business acumen to drive engagement from all stakeholders and leveraging experience with SAP solution design to transform our supply chain IT landscape.  This role performs at both strategic and tactical levels to help manage and balance regional SAP work streams.  The incumbent should be a self-starter who can leverage communication and leadership skills, and work effectively with key business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.  Expertise in hands-on system configuration and ASAP project methodology are essential to ensure that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and stated business objectives. Ideal candidate should be familiar with implementing and solving a variety of supply chain issues including S&OP forecast, integration with materials requirements planning, order management and ATP.  Extensive knowledge needed with SAP configuration, integration points, and integrating with 3PL and other external systems using EDI and Web Services.

Representative Duties:   

• Lead SAP solution efforts in partnership with the Asia Business Unit, Global Information Systems, and other corporate organizations and participate as a member of the Global Information Systems team activities not limited but including communications, status meetings, internal initiatives and leverage shared resources
• Advocate for the Asia Business Unit regional needs, understand and communicate regional solutions opportunities with other regional teams
• Participate in defining projects that drive innovation and process change through the use of technology and SAP optimization and perform configuration and documentation of functional design specifications 
• Design, implement and support of solutions around forecasting, order management, ATP, etc.
• Identify and Integrate SAP with 3PL systems solutions including EDI and Web Services and provide solutions on a variety of supply chain issues including S&OP, integration with manufacturing
• Provide subject matter expertise, promote and leverage best practices, project processes, procedures, and toolkits to improve the standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness of project execution.
• Participates in user community meetings to ensure alignment between project management, processes, and technology, and identifies potential areas of opportunity.
• Assist in providing data for the measurement of adoption of solutions and/or process improvements and conduct solution and stage gate reviews with global information systems and business teams
• Assist with the identification and quantifying of partners and managing their deliverables, lead business and Global Information Systems prioritisation sessions and asset in building regional budgets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant discipline with formal SAP training and experience in ASAP methodology
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years heavy focused on Supply Chain processes and supporting technology.  SAP configuration experience desired
• Experience in organizations with supply chains that span multiple global locations a must
• Knowledge and experience of SAP ECC, BI, SharePoint and interfacing business applications
• 3-5 years project and management experience with demonstrated measurable results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese with good communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to become customer’s business partner in strong customer service skills and focus
• Willing to travel
