Our client is currently looking for a leasing officer for retail / shopping mall projects who possess experience of the same.  The candidate has to assist in new tenancy placements, renewal negotiations and marketing analysis compilation.  The candidate should be able to monitor variances in leasing control parameters such as income receivable, trends in price, competition and customer turnover.  The successful candidate must has at least 3-5 years solid experience in retail/ shopping mall leasing, must be self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing and also possess good communication experience with retailers and property agencies.  Excellent English and Cantonese language skills are essential.  Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.  An attractive compensation package will be offered to the right candidate.
