The incumbent will assist the Estate Manager in overseeing the daily operation and management duties at a Commercial Centre. He/ she will be responsible for the shop tenancy management, building service management including security, cleaning and gardening services and will also assist in the marketing and promotional activities of the commercial centre.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Estate/Property Management or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in leasing and/or management of residential/commercial properties;
• Sound knowledge in a sizeable and high-class commercial property /shopping arcade;
• Good planning, organizing and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good PC skills;
• Holder of the Hong Kong Driving License No. 1 and 2 will be an advantage;
• Working location: Discovery Bay.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Officer – Property (Estate).)
