Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a small team in the overall day-to-day operation and management of a luxury residential property in Mid-Levels. Other duties include maintaining excellent rapport with tenants, handling inquiries and complaints, liaising with relevant parties and departments, preparing regular reports and data as required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience gained from property management of luxury residential properties
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Good command in both written and spoken English. Fluent Putonghua is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel)
