Requirements

• Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in property/office leasing management and with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH preferred
• Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and other related laws and regulations preferred
• Creative thinking, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong PC skill on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  

To assist in leasing activities of the Company, including planning, andtenants /clients liaison, daily operation and management of properties within the portfolio. Other duties include coordinating fit-out and maintenance projects,reviewing monthly reports and annual budget, maintaining excellent rapport with Tenants, and handlinginquiries and complaints.
