Job Description
Jobs Descriptions:
- Handle daily accounting function such as accounts receivable / accounts payable and reduce debtor days by telephone / email chasing
- Ensure that all accounting transactions are recorded in MYOB timely and accurately
- Assist team members to prepare monthly report and closing
- Perform general clerical duties and basic administrative duties such as filing and keeping records of documents
- To assist in ad-hoc accounting/administration works
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with LCC Level II
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting
- Able to work independently, proactive and with integrity
- Well-organized, responsive, positive working attitude and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC skill of word, excel, Chinese word processing and MYOB knowledge is in advantage
- Familiar with English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediately available preferred
