• F.7 or above
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
• Possess Qualification Framework (QF) level 3 or above in Property Management would be an advantage
• Holder of QAS Basic Security Guard Training certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English Typing (35 wpm) and Chinese word processing (30 wpm)
• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in handling all property management related duties
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Work Location : Ma On Shan
