Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Residential Sale)

Duties:

• Planning of sales function for HK & PRC residential projects
• Responsible for all matters relating to sales launch, including production of legal and sales documents, application for approval of DMC and pre-sale consent, setting up of price list

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline
• At least 6 years' relevant sales experiences, of which at least 2 years in managerial level with property developers
• Comprehensive experience in HK/PRC property market
• Ability in organizing, strong in sales concepts, especially in analyzing and flexibility skills
• Analytical mind, innovative, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
