Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily accounting operations of securities, futures, bullion, corporate finance and equity investments;
• Monitor the daily funding and cash flow of the group;
• Perform full accounting services, budgeting and reporting to the Group and its subsidiaries;
• Liaise with external auditors in interim and annual audit and other regulatory bodies e.g. SFC, HKEX whenever required;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by the group CFO.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years’ working experience in financial institutions, banks, brokerage or securities firms;
• Solid experiences in securities (& futures) accounting and FRR;
• Good knowledge in SFC / HKEx rules and regulations;
• Responsible, hardworking, dedicated and strong market sense;
• Logical and sensitive to numbers.
