Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of clients’ companies in both Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
  • Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
  • Provide general administrative support to the department
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder; (Higher Diploma with relevant studied in corporate compliance, corporate governance and company secretarial programmes will also be considered)
  • HKICS student members preferred
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years solid working experience gained from law firms or professional firms
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Familiar with CSA program
  • Able to work independently and as a good team player
  • Meticulous to details and can work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
