Responsibilities:
- Assist in clerical works like updating charts; filing and organizing documents & data
- Assist in shipment arrangement including contact with forwarder and factory; issuing shipping documents.
- Assist in liaising with client; factory and related parties; and arrange sending samples
Requirements:
- High Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration or related discipline
- 1-2 years sales & marketing admin/ client account handling experience
- Knowledge of shipping & logistic arrangement
- Proficient in MS office
- Responsible; self-motivated; organized; hard working and good team player
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in spoken and written English; Cantonese and Putonghua
