Job Description

Responsibilities

  • handle daily data entry and email correspondence
  • report to the Manager and provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
  • consistent communications and negotiations with customers concerning production status and orders’ follow up procedures
  • liaising with overseas suppliers and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents

Requirements

  • strong sense of responsibility and good communication and interpersonal skills
  • willing to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule deadline
  • excellent organizational skills, high accuracy and attention to details
  • good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is a must
  • knowledge of shipping documents, Tradelink declaration, L/C and related documentation is a plus
  • proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets and Chinese/English Word Processing
  • 2 years of secretarial and administrative working experience are preferred
