Job Description
Responsibilities
1) Formulate Training Plan for all sales teams - responsible for assessing the different development needs of sales staff and accordingly formulating relevant training plans.
2) Develop training material - responsible for developing training material to meet the needs of the sales staff in line with brand requirements.
3) Deliver training courses - responsible for delivering training courses to frontline sales staff in Hong Kong and Macau.
4) Assess training result and effectiveness - responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the in terms of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
5) Manage training budget - responsible for optimising the training budget and ensuring a strict respect of the budget.
6) Coordinate training activities in the Asia Pacific Region – to coordinate and keep track of training activities in the Asia Pacific region.
Requirements
-
Tertiary educated
- At least 5 years of experience as a trainer in luxury retail, hospitality industry
- Track record in uplifting sales technique for frontline staff
- A self-starter, resourceful and is able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
