Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient services to guests
• Manage daily operational and administrative matters
• Handle invoicing, coordinate with various departments to support guests’ needs
• General guest reception, enhance communication and build up rapport with guests

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree holder, preferable in hotel/hospitality management
• Able to work between two different locations on shift basis
• Experience in the hotel industry is an asset
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with positive service attitude
• Fluent in English, Chinese; other languages are added value
• Self-motivated, service-oriented with focusing on customer care; able to work independently
• Can work well under pressure and tight deadline with result-oriented attitude
