• 良好粵語、
• 一般普通話、
• 一般英語、 
• 懂讀寫中文、
• 具有良好的電話應變能力以及客戶服務溝通技巧、
• 熟悉中文輸入法、具有基本電腦操作知識、Microsoft Office、
• 有耐性、有責任心、工作細心、
• 打字要求最少1分鐘能達到35-40字、
• 有客戶服務經驗可即時上班者優先考慮。

職責：

• 負責一般客戶服務工作、
• 協助客戶查詢、
• 接聽電話、
• 協肋報告跟進、
• 為客戶提供良好的服務品質。
