Job Description and Responsibilities:

• HK, the PRC & overseas property valuation works including market research, data analysis and report preparation;
• Feasibility study works with our professional team members including CFA & CPA;
• IPO, circular and M&A cases helper; and
• Frequent travel to China and overseas.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Qualified Professional General Practice Surveyor or equivalent (MHKIS or MRICS) is an advantage
• Six years plus relevant experience
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager

Salary: Negotiate
