Requirements:

• Solid experience in handling funds or corporate related matters 
• At least 1-2 year experience as a Paralegal in the corporate or funds or banking finance practices in a reputable law firm
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• One position requires native/near native English, the other positions requires native/very fluent in Mandarin
• A good team player 
• Hard working; high sense of responsibility and good judgments skills
