Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular financial and business performance report timely and accurately
• Monitor financial performance and prepare business analysis on regular basis
• Prepare various sensitivity analysis from various perspectives to identify business risk and opportunities so as to facilitate business decisions
• Develop and monitor scorecards / KPIs for current year objectives achievement monitoring
• Support and liaise with different units for rolling forecast and annual budget preparation
• Ensure quality of MIS reports and participate in system enhancement and workflow improvement project
• Assist senior executive to handle ad hoc projects in relation to to Management Accounting

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related disciplines with qualification of CFA / HKICPA / ACCA
• At least 3 years working experience in the area of management reporting and financial management with exposure in banking industry
• Practical experience in Treasury accounting or profitability analysis will be a definite advantage
• Independent, creative, self-motivated with excellent leadership skill and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Mandarin
