General Description

The successful candidate will join our Customer Service Department, delivering good services to internal and external customers, brands and manufacturers.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Management in development and execution of the analysis;
• Responsible for the customer service analysis report;
• Provide customer services in timely and professional manner;
• Answer daily customer enquiries from emails, telephone or walk-in;
• Handle complaints including written reply and case investigation for improvement;
• Manage product or repair orders;
• Maintain up-to-date work schedule and data accuracy;
• Assisting the junior staff and new joiners with product knowledge and enhancing service skills;
• Support general administrative duties.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 3 year of customer service experience
• Customer oriented, pleasant and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and good problem solving skills
• Good PC skills, expertise with Windows and MS Office applications
• Fluent English and Chinese
