Job Description
Job Duties
- Handle daily accounting operation in A/P, A/R, G/L, and IF, L/C, TT payment, I/E documents
- Data input, cheque issuing, vendor contact for payment and bank account reconciliation
- Assist in monthly financial report and annual audit
- Assist in some administrative works
- Assist in ad hoc jobs as required by Sr. Accountant.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with LCC higher or above
- 2 years or above in accounting experience
- Hand-on experience with bank facilities including T/R, IF, L/C, TT payment, I/E documents
- Proficient in MS Office software and applications
- Responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, independent with good communication skill
- Good command of both English and Putonghua
- Immediate available
Remuneration
We offer competitive remuneration package, travel expense reimbursement, medical benefit, bank holidays, 5.5 days work with alternate Sat., annual leave starts with 11 days to the right candidate.
