Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and HR management systems
• Formulate, review and implement HR & Admin policies and procedures to support the continuous business development
• Handle ad-hoc projects
• Monitor and manage full spectrum of administration functions including facilities management, contract & license renewal, vendors’ management; renovation and company events

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in all-rounded human resources & administrative functions preferably in sizable company
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proactive, detail-minded, well- organized and responsible
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
