Responsibilities:
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and HR management systems
- Formulate, review and implement HR & Admin policies and procedures to support the continuous business development
- Handle ad-hoc projects
- Monitor and manage full spectrum of administration functions including facilities management, contract & license renewal, vendors’ management; renovation and company events
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ solid experience in all-rounded human resources & administrative functions preferably in sizable company
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proactive, detail-minded, well- organized and responsible
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office
