Responsibilities: 

• Handle general administration matters including facilities management, office renovation, office supplies and procurement
• Maintain good record system and ensure group policy compliance
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to deliver a seamless office administrative services
• Supervise Office Assistants and manage vendor services
• Back up receptionist duties as required
• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma / Associate degree or above in Administration Management / Business Management/ related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in MNC or sizable company
• Responsible, well-organized, proactive and meticulous
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure with positive attitude
• Good supervisory and analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
