The successful candidates is responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager on boutique's daily operations, supporting and implementing retail strategies and assisting in the development and coaching of Sales Associates, and building customer relationships and generate the majority of the boutique revenue

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the turnover of the boutique and meet the turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
• Represent the Brand both inside and outside the Boutique
• Manage the team and Boutique operations
• Oversee the safety of goods and people
• Achieve his/her own individual targets and help to achieve the targets of the Boutique
• Contribute to the development of the boutique action plan and lead its implementation
• Ensure that the team adhere to all policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in luxury brands, sales background in Jewellery and Watch is an advantage
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Pleasant, hard-working, service-minded and well-organized
• Computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
