We are looking for a mature, professional administrator to run our office based at G/F, 110 Shatin Pass Road, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon.

Duties will include handling all administrative tasks, preparing grant proposals and project applications, project operation, monitoring expenses, organizing and taking minutes of meetings, dealing with membership matters, working on the bi-monthly publication dance journal/hk and supervising supporting staff. We offer a 5 days work and generous annual leave. This is envisaged as a full-time position but we prepared to consider flexibility on working hours as long as the candidate demonstrates she/he can complete all the work in a timely and professional manner.

Candidates MUST meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

ESSENTIAL:

-       Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience

-       Strong administrative and organisational skills

-       Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines

-       Interest in dance with good network in the dance field

-       Excellent Chinese and English, written and spoken

-       Good marketing, interpersonal and communication skills

-       Proficiency in MS Office

DESIRABLE:

-       Simple book-keeping skills

-       Experience in editing/layout, knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop CS2
