主要職責：

• 透過電話解答客戶一般查詢及推廣電訊產品/服務
• 提供客戶服務及有關銷售跟進事宜

入職條件：

• 中五畢業或以上程度
• 操流利廣東話、英語及普通話
• 良好中、英文打字技巧、具基本電腦操作知識
• 待客熱誠、富責任心及積極
• 具備良好的電話對答技巧
