Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers/customers and internal parties for shipment related affairs
• Liaise with shipping companies or forwarders to execute shipments at optimal cost
• Prepare full set I/E and L/C documents
• Respond promptly to management on order delivery status at regular basis

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 2-5 years relevant working experience
• Good command of English & Putonghua
• Familiar with shipping, L/C and customs procedures
• Proficiency on MS word & Excel & Tradelink
• Sound knowledge on consolidation arrangement among factories
• Able to work independently under pressure and accept overtime work if needed
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Immediate available.
