Responsibilities

• Assist accounting team to handle day to day accounting tasks (data entry, checking and payment preparation for approval, filing, etc).
• Work with different departments/properties to verify supplier invoices.
• Input online and cheque payments and checking with supporting documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Check for rental status and send email notice to properties.
• Departmental administrative work and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Form 7 or above with LCCI 3^rd level.
• Diploma or Degree holder of Accounting is advantageous.
• Preferred at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Excel application, experience of using accounting system is an asset.
• Initiative, independent, systematic and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and detail-minded.
• Immediately available is preferred.
