This position will see you working within the Operations team and deal with all MTF related tasks from managing markets to onboarding and supporting MTF members and clients.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Main contact for MTF members, third parties and clients for operational and technical support
• Facilitate and manage onboarding process for new members, third party integrations and broker clients including connectivity, order-entry and market-data setup and certification testing
• Provide technical support for FIX onboarding and resolving FIX queries
• Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the MTF while liaising with Members/Liquidity Providers, Prime Brokers, CCP, post-trade vendors and market data vendors
• Monitor markets to ensure pricing and trading is in line with the best execution policy
• Investigate and resolve pricing and trade queries/breaks
• Provide support to sales and client facing staff by answering questions about how the exchange works, connectivity, best practices and policies
• Communicate with members and third parties to update them on open issues status and production changes
• Monitor corporate actions and currency holidays
• Maintain Operational and Technical documentation including process documents, instrument/market information documents and FIX specifications
• Manage, prioritise and escalate defects raised by members/third parties with the development team to meet member needs, while managing member expectations to prevent overload or missed deadlines

Key Working Relationships:

• The key relationships span the entire organisation including Customer Services, Treasury, Risk, Technical Account Management, IS, Development and regular reporting to the Management Team.

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

• Degree holder or above
• Experience in IT within banking/ finance sector
• Min. 5 years in banking or financial sector and the trade life cycle in Forex (FX) Operations
• Proficient at using Microsoft Excel
