Responsibilities:

• Provide project coordination support and sound knowledge in residential fitting out project
• Responsible for coordination works with designers, contractors, venders and clients
• Monitor project quality and site progress including collating materials and work details on site, and budget control
• Resolve site issues independently
• Follow-up project and defect rectification

 Requirements:

• IVE graduate or above in Interior Design, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years site and project management experiences in interior contracting, including project co-ordination, schedule documentation, budget control, process control, measurement and ordering
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop & 3D Max, and proficiency of MS Office
• Able to handle full set working drawings is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication & organization skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Outgoing, independent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to work under pressure
• Possessing driving liscence is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
