We are currently looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join our growing team. You will be providing professional and comprehensive services to students and parents, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships. You will be handling enquiries, student registrations and lesson bookings. You will also be managing students’ portfolio and following up on comments and feedbacks from clients.

The ideal candidates shall be university degree holders with vibrant communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is expected. We are looking for candidates who possess autonomy, excellent analytical skills and numerical abilities. We value candidates with a strong commitment to quality client service. Previous experience in education or client service will be an advantage.
