Job duties

You will be responsible for the overall building services team technical service staff administration and supervise immediate day-to-day operations, maintenance and works of the building / building services systems in a building hub.  You will need to perform the duty as specified by his/her supervisors (Property Manager and Technical Services Manager).

Requirements

• Holder of Certificate / Higher Certificate / Diploma in related Engineering/construction discipline
• Over 12 years experience in building / building services system operation and maintenance with at least 6 years of supervisory experience
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Good in written Chinese; competent in spoken & written English is highly preferred
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Work on shift if required (5.5 days work week)
