Responsibilities

-       Daily monitor our authorized service partners to monitor and maintain quality of customer services

-       Regular review the performance of services partners including KPI, reporting, policy and procedures

-       Work closely with partners to enhance services quality and customer satisfaction

-       Coordinate inter-departments to provide solution to service partners

-       Carry out any duties to meet and exceed customer satisfaction

Requirements

-       Degree holder

-       Minimum 3 years experience in services operations, preferably in telecom or consumer electronics industry

-   Solid experience in managing service partners and service centres

-       Good analytical and problem solving skills.

-       Extensive PC Skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)

-       Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
