Responsibilities:

• To set up quality team in China and implement QA policy.
• To oversee supplier/vendor compliance audit and contact with 3^rd party testing organization.
• To provide training program for supplier/vendor.
• AS the key player to drive the QA/QC/IQC team of supplier and monitoring daily operations, production plan and inspection plan; ensure quality and on-time shipment.
• Preparing documentation, review testing records and other quality control activities.
• Ensuring QA team is capable to support the company development at all time.
• Set the standard requirement and SOP for in house test center.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001/ICTI/GSV/FCCA/ES/ASTM/EN 71/AS/CPSiA/Toxic regulation.
• Minimum with 8 years working experience in toy industries. At least 4 years work for managerial level. (with less experience will consider to Assistant QA/QC Manager)
• Fluency of spoken written and Mandarin in preferable.
• Immediate available in advantage.
• Station in Hong Kong and travels to China when necessary
