Center Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor center’s daily operations.
2. Manage retail operation in respect of inventory control, sales & marketing and costing, leading and motivate frontline staff to enhance the sale volume and achieve sales targets
3. Facilitating staff development and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Liaise with internal and external business parties on all general matters so as to ensure smooth operation of the center
5. Facilities Management: coordinating with vendors for maintenance and renovation work.
6. Controlling the maintenance cost of entire center operations.
7. Ad hoc project follow up

 Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above
2. At least 8 years working experience with 5 years in managerial level
3. Good knowledge of F&B service
4. Strong organization and leadership skills
5. Presentable, excellent communicator, and interpersonal skills
6. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.  Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
