Responsibilities:

• Provide technical/desk side support, training for internal end users
• Support and troubleshoot in network, hardware and software issues
• Handle daily systems maintenance, system and network monitoring, computer asset management, conduct IT inventory control
• Assist in deployment and monitoring of custom software
• Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Systems/Network supports and troubleshooting is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, well organized, self initiative, customer service oriented
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
