Job Duties:

• Report to System Analyst
• System development and implementation
• Perform routine system health checks, corresponding follow up actions and report the result
• Perform research on new technologies and standards on IT
• Maintain confidentiality regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience on system development and support with at least 1 years working experience on systems for garment industry
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Hands-on experience in system developments using Microsoft Visual C# .Net, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server with OLAP services on both windows-based and web-based systems
• Knowledge of concepts and workflows of MRP, MRP II and ERP systems
• Experience in Finance system and EDI system will be an advantage
• Experience in working with globally distributed users and support teams
• Proactive and result-oriented team player
• Able to work out-of-hours to satisfy service level requirements
• Customer-service oriented. Personally committed to meet service quality standards
• Good interpersonal skills and can work with users at all levels of the organization
• Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility
