• Manage the data storage
• Assistance to all users in their day to day usage of the information system

• All users can access to their data and software to execute properly their daily job

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review and monitor the performance of the system
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Design and schedule system data integrity checking
• First line support to the system and overnight batch jobs. Conduct investigation to Application failure.
• Writing associated scripts and SQL statements to generate reports for Management / Users.
• Write and update the System Manual
• Perform tests and confirm new System functions
• Vendor Management (Software House, Outsource Asia/China IT Support Companies, Blackberry, Email Vendor)
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to local/ overseas users
• Purchase and installation for hardware and software for users

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Provide daily IT support for operational activities of the group
• Server and database administration and maintenance including Windows Active Directory administration, system monitoring, server and network devices maintenance
• System documentation
• Handle any other ad-hoc project
• Assist all users

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5 years in a similar position solid experience in application design, development and implementation, experience in  Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, C#, .NET, PHP, IIS
• Well experienced in computers programming / maintenance / support / networking especially in China region is needed
• Self-driven, keen to learn, strong sense of responsibility with Can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with positive working attitude and a good team player
• Communication skill
• Station in Hong Kong, occasional travel to PRC and other countries is required
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
