職責：

• 為顧客提供全面優質的客戶熱線服務，解答電話諮詢
• 操作電腦，輸入銷售及客戶資料
• 協助電話銷售及進行問卷調查等工作

The Role

• Provide thorough customer hotline service in a quality manner and answer telephone enquiries
• Input sales and customers’ information by operating computers
• Assist in telemarketing and surveying

 資歷：

• 中學文憑試/中五畢業生或以上程度
• 能操流利廣東話及英語 (操流利印尼語或菲律賓語優先)
• 擁有良好中文或英文書寫能力
• 懂基本電腦操作
• 態度誠懇親切，以客為先，有責任感
• 具備1年或以上有關客戶服務經驗者優先

 The Person

• DSE/F.5 Graduate or above
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English (Spoken Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog is preferred)
• Good written Chinese or English
• Computer Literate
• Enthusiastic, sincere, customer-oriented and responsible
• 1-year experience in customer service field is preferred

工作時間 :

兼職客戶服務主任

• 每星期工作 3 至 5 天 (包括星期一至日及公眾假期)
• 須輪班當值 (包括晚班:晚上6時至晚上11時; 通宵班:晚上11時至早上8時)

合約客戶服務主任 (夜班)

• 每星期工作 5 至 6 天 (包括星期一至日及公眾假期)
• 須輪班當值 (工作時段由下午2:30至凌晨1:30)

合約客戶服務主任 (英粵語/印尼語/菲律賓語)

• 每星期工作 5.5 至 6 天 (包括星期一至六)
• 須輪班當值 (工作時段由上午8:00至下午8:00)

Working Hours :

Part-Time Customer Service Officer

• 3-5 days per week (Including Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays)
• Shift duty is required (including 6pm to 11pm or 11 pm to 8am)
  

Contract Customer Service Officer (Night Shift)

• 5-6 days per week (Including Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays)
• Shift duty is required (Working hours from 2:30p.m. to 1:30a.m.)

Contract Customer Service Officer (English & Cantonese/Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog Language)

• 5.5-6 days per week (Including Monday to Saturday)
• Shift duty is required (Working hours from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.)
