Job Purpose:
The position supports all aspects of sales and events management on daily operation.

Summary of Main Activities or Accountabilities:

• To explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve the sales target
• To maintain and build excellent relationship with potential and existing clients
• To organize & execute the events / roadshows projects
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties
• To research the local market and competitor services to assess and create attractive pricing strategies
• To analysis data such as revenue contribution; evaluate and foresee the market trend / consumer behavior
• To prepare the proposals and presentations according to client’s business needs

Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Essential

• A confident communicator in Cantonese; English and Mandarin
• 3 - 5 years experiences in events / hotel sales field
• Negotiation skill to deal with the clients and vendors
• Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to develop & expand the business and network independently
• Proficient in PC application
• Experience in hotel and tourism industry is highly preferred;
• Immediate available preferred
