Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop result-driven sales and marketing campaigns by utilizing full spectrum of sales & marketing means, including above-the-line & below-the-line advertising, materials for property sales agents, showcase, show flats, digital and internet tools, media exposure and promotional events
- Conduct market research on new property project launch
- Liaise with property sales agents for agent materials display and distribution
- Liaise with inter-department and external vendor on sales office and showroom ‘visual identity & arrangement, props, building models and other sales tools etc.
- Supervise and liaise with service providers to ensure quality delivery in a timely manner, including advertising agencies, event organizers, media sales/agencies, production houses, renderers, photographers and printers etc.
- Increase market awareness and enhance brand recognition
- Monitor marketing expenses and process management of outsourcing vendors
- Prepare press releases and advertorials to be used in promoting property developments
- Improve marketing deliverables quality standards
Requirements:
- Degree holder in marketing, business communication, surveying or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years relevant experiences in property developer or property related Industry
- Effective communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable; Proficiency in PC skills.
- Initiative, detail-minded and good team player;Strong in project and time management skills
