Key Responsibility :

1. Develop and implement sales and promotion strategies in different channels along with company’s sales and distribution objectives

2. Build up good relationship with assigned retail chains and monitor sales performance

3. Collaborate with marketing department to develop and execute trade promotion programs to maximize sales off-take

4. Ensure full distribution rate and excellent merchandising display in every sales outlets. Make sure all trade / in-store promotion activities are well executed

5. Analyze channel sales performance. Monitor competitors’ activities and collect market information

6. Explore new sales opportunities and develop new accounts. Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement :

l   University graduate with 2 years sales experience, exposure to FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is preferable.

l   Detailed-minded, well organized, with good analytical and sensitive to numeric presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

l   Energetic, hardworking, responsible, aggressive, self motivated with strong sense of commitment and responsibility. Able to work under very high pressure to meet deadline and handle multi tasks.

l   Eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement.

l   Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) & Chinese Word processing is a must

Candidates without relevant experience but willing to develop his/her career in FMCG industry will be also considered.
