Key Responsibilities

• Manage the business unit, Sales & Marketing Division
• Play an active role in business strategy formulation and decision-making process to increase the Company's profitability, productivity and performance
• Increase the Company’s customer base and secure existing customers
• Formulate and implement marketing and communications strategies in supporting business growth of the company
• Be responsible for maintaining strategic relationship with key stakeholders including Airport Authority, government offices, customers, key suppliers/vendors and subcontractors
• Initiate and execute corporate projects to meet the strategic needs of the Company
• Enhance customer intimacy by providing innovative products & services; integrate into our customers’ processes and increase the scope of partnership

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree; preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
• 7 years’ relevant management experience in sizeable logistics firm preferred; a background from aviation industry is a definite advantage
• A proactive and self-driven team leader with strong business acumen and excellent communication and relationship building skill
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Knowledge in MS Office tools

We offer the right incumbent attractive remuneration package including 19 days annual leave, 5-day week, double pay, discretionary bonus, medical scheme, life insurance, travel allowance and education subsidy.
