The Job

• Provide information to owners on the procedure of OC formation and operation of OC.
• Provide assistance to building owners on management and maintenance matters.
• Carry out surveys and home visits to aged buildings.
• Process applications for various incentives / subsidies related to building management and maintenance.
• Organize and implement programs, seminars and activities to promote building management & maintenance.
• Required to work irregular hours.
• Suitable candidates will be assigned to work in our property management centers or estates / properties to meet operational needs.

The Person

• Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese with 2 years' experience in property management; OR Degree / Diploma Holders with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.
• Possessing experience in formation of owners corporation and co-ordination of renovation works is preferable.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
• Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable.
