Job Summary:

This position is to lead and manage the team to drive operational excellence to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Sales Operations team to achieve company objectives and sales targets
• Plan and implement operational strategies to ensure operations function are in compliance with corporate brand standards
• Drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet business targets as well as customer satisfaction
• Review and implement operational procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and streamline the daily operations by establishing effective business reporting and analysis 
• Motivate the team to provide excellent service and achieve business results by coaching and managing their performance
• Foster customer relationships to ensure the services standard is at the best level
• Implement new initiatives such as staff development, to develop operational culture and enhance the quality of services
• Work closely with centre managers and marketing team in the development and implementation of promotion activities

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business/Hospitality/Operations Management or related studies.
• Minimum 7-8 years of management experience in retail or service industry
• At least 5 years experience in working with frontline operations or manufacturing environment
• Result-driven with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a sizable team
• Excellent people management and coaching skills
• Positive mindset and excellent work ethics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Six-Sigma certificate holder is highly desirable
